We're looking for people with strong Data related Solutioning and Consulting experience. You will need passion for a career in data analytics, where you will provide a consultative service on a variety of data driven decision making projects within a fast-paced consulting environment.
Your key responsibilities:
As a Data Architect, you will support our clients in defining and implementing a data journey aligned with their strategic objectives around sustainability solutions. Some of your responsibilities will include:
Design, develop and implement data collection, transformation, and data integration solution to create, coordinate and deploy data and analytics solutions
Create and present the solution design through a solution design document and finally estimate for complexity, effort, and costs
Collaborate with solution design and business requirements teams to identify data requirements and influence project artefacts
Demonstrate technical expertise in modern AI, analytics, big data and associated technologies, cloud platforms, data quality, governance, and architecture
Good working knowledge and/or certification in current cloud-based technologies and solution patterns (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP, REST, APIs, Data and Analytics Platforms).
Good working knowledge in other technical areas such as neo4j, OT/data/sensors, Scada, OSI, Honeywell PhD, etc.
Provide technical guidance as SME and hands on delivery team member across multiple clients and engagements
Lead technology consulting engagements, solution workshops and due diligence
Skills and attributes for success:
5+ years of relevant experience working in a data analytics related solutioning and consulting role.
Solid experience on Enterprise Data Warehouse integration and reporting developing modern data platform solutions, data governance, architecture frameworks and processes.
To qualify for this role, you must have
On hands experience in Big Data technologies and Microsoft ecosystem technologies such as Azure, PowerBI, Process Automation, and have experience building end to end data pipelines using on-premise or cloud-based data platforms.
Technical leadership and the ability to work with a wider group of architects, application teams and business teams to define and socialize architectural concepts and approaches
Experience in a delivery role on Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, Big Data or analytics projects
Experience in at least one of the ESG pillar (environment, social or governance)
Understanding of at least some ESG regulations and their impact on financial services firms
Ideally, you'll also have
Client facing management consulting experience.
Certification in one of the Cloud Vendors (AWS, Microsoft, Google)
Experience using one or more ESG centric tools or systems
Exposure to corporate reporting and/or regulatory reporting on ESG issues
Experience in design and implementation of ESG-related initiatives and/or reporting
Previously engaged in environmental & social impact assessment; or
Engaged in carbon emission management; or
Engaged in human rights implementation; or

What we offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $119,900 to $219,800. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $143,900 to $249,800. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
