EY's Healthcare sector team is looking to continue to expand our go-to-market capabilities as part of our national consulting practices in planning, pursuing, delivering, and managing large, complex full lifecycle initiatives along with providing experience in leading practices, methods, and resources related to Cloud ERP applications and technology space. We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager, with a focus on helping our clients to implement technology to enable business and operational improvement and transformation.
Your key responsibilities
As a Senior Manager in our national Health Technology team, you will lead a team focused on identifying, growing, and driving our Cloud ERP solution offering into the market nationally. Your focus will be on identifying and closing sales opportunities and as appropriate, providing consulting services to predominantly Healthcare Provider clients to help them improve business performance. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to the below:
Help mentor, coach, and counsel team members to build an inclusive culture with high-performing teams,
Enhance the EY brand through strong external relationships across a network of existing and future clients and alliance partners,
Work collaboratively with our delivery teams to grow the Health Cloud ERP practices,
Provide strategic and relevant insight, connectedness, and responsiveness to all clients to anticipate their needs,
Stay current with the latest trends in the Healthcare industry to be a trusted advisor and subject-matter resource for our client's business,
Provide industry insights that energize growth by supporting health sector thought leadership development,
Support the EY inclusiveness culture,
Demonstrate deep understanding of the client's industry and marketplace,
Use technology to continually learn, share knowledge and enhance client service delivery,
Drive new business opportunities by developing ideas, proposals, and solutions,
Support development of new business opportunities in conjunction with the business development teams,
Actively participate in the RFI/RFP process and development of the technical aspects of proposals in line with customer needs, liaising and qualifying with other colleagues as necessary,
Present technical solutions to customers, both formally and informally.

To qualify for the role, you must have
A bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or related field,
Approximately ten years of related work experience or a graduate degree and eight years of related work experience,
A minimum of five (5) years of experience selling and delivering consulting services to healthcare clients,
Experience leading teams, managing engagement economics, and developing new business opportunities,
Flexibility to work across people, business, and technology consulting services as needed to pursue sales opportunities and deliver engagements,
Proven success with designing and selling complex leading ERP solutions using an accepted consultative approach: Infor v11, Workday, Oracle Cloud or SAP, and the project disciplines of program management, project management, organizational change management, and the software development lifecycle associated with custom Reports, Interfaces, Conversions and Extensions (i.e., RICE),
Willingness to travel as needed to meet client demand and a valid driver's license.
Ideally, you'll also have
Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field,
Experience working with Implementation Accelerators,
Experience working with interoperability tools related to data interoperability,
Experience supporting health-related clients/industry,
Solid understanding of the scope of and core functionality with EHR or EMR systems implementations,
Desire to work in an information systems environment
