We are looking for Accounting Associate (Dunning & Collections) in order to strengthen our Spanish finance team. If you are costumer service oriented, enjoy cooperating with others and communicating with clients, this job is just perfect for you!

Your key responsibilities
In this specific role you will be supporting our Spanish financial team as a reporting and credit control specialist in AR & Dunning area. As a part of our team, you will have the opportunity to follow and analyse continuous steps of the dunning process as well as have a control over the credit balance of EY clients. The role involves a close e-mail and phone-based contact with our Spanish-speaking clients
As part of our team you will be:
Performing all the dunning actions assigned to you in accordance with documented procedure
Responding to dunning-related phone calls, e-mails and queries from both internal and external clients
Escalating disputes/issues to the appropriate contact persons/departments providing complete information
Maintaining regular contact with internal and external clients to create and keep a trustworthy relationship
Controlling and minimizing the number of outstanding invoices and credit notes
Supporting AR team with payment allocations.
Preparing daily, weekly and monthly financial reports
Providing recommendations for any changes required to dunning procedures
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to learn and support other Spanish finance processes.
Skills and attributes for your success:
Fluency in Spanish (C1) and intermediate in English (B1/B2)
Have strong customer service skills and be confident in phone communication with clients.
Previous experience in SCC/BPO is recommended.
Bachelor degree in finance or other business related major would be an asset
You should be accountable and be able to take ownership for the tasks entrusted to the role holder
Have the ability to successfully handle multiple tasks
Have a good working knowledge of computers and financial tools and software packages
Attention to details and deadlines
In addition to this, you should be able to independently complete your regular responsibilities according to deadlines, communicate with other teams in order to resolve daily challenges and show professionalism during day-to-day contact with EY clients and partners.
