The opportunity

We are offering you interesting role within our Talent Services Team (HR Services). You will use Excel, Access and VBA knowledge to implement new solutions and improvements. This position exposes you to truly global environment of fast growing organization with all development opportunities it offers.

Your key responsibilities

  • Executes reporting and analysis responsibilities for monthly global Talent Services (TS) process metrics reporting and HR Contact Centre

  • Assists in troubleshooting current state operational issues identified through reporting and provides ideas on remediation/next steps for Talent Services centres

  • Partner closely with delivery teams to resolve day to day technical issues, update VBA tools/automations used by operations

  • Build new automations using VBA, Access, SQL

  • Train and upskill delivery teams in technical area (Excel, Access, VBA)

  • Supervise delivery of KPIs calculations at the end of the month

  • Managed day to day responsibilities in a proactive manner, ensuring business objectives are met.

  • Performs KPI/metrics data validations to identify trends and process issues

  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge on Microsoft office suite capabilities and functionalities

Skills and attributes for success

  • Practical knowledge and understanding on VBA, SQL and MS Access

  • Experience in SSC environment

  • Self-starter who is able to work under limited supervision

  • Data driven and analytical focus

  • Good interpersonal, communication, organizational, project management and client service skills

  • Work experience in SSC environment, across multiple teams, cultures and clients

  • Ability to produce detailed, relevant documentation and reports as required

  • Dealing with stressful situations

  • Good organisational skills

  • Proficient in using business English

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Proficiency in VBA, SQL and MS Access

  • Bachelor’s/University degree, preferably in business

  • Fluency in English language

  • Well organized, attentive to details attitude

  • Analytical thinking

  • Strong team-player and self-started attitude
