We are looking for a digital native to support our EY Brand, Marketing and Communication (BMC) team in Germany, Switzerland and Austria (GSA).
The candidate will be responsible for supporting BMC tools and technologies, primarily Marketo platform.The person will also be assisting stakeholders in governing the tools, training them on the tools, and will be responsible for user management and vendor communication.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with email marketing applications and CRM platforms. The individual will also possess an in-depth knowledge of email and digital marketing, required to both manage the tools and guide the marketers on the right technology mix for their campaigns.
Your key responsibilities:
In this role you will:
Manage CRM marketing lists and corresponding reporting
Collaborate and work with cross-functional teams to plan, manage and execute successful digital campaigns and projects
Carry out in-campaign and post-campaign analyses, providing insights and recommendations on how to optimize and improve effectiveness
Support different marketing tools and channels by managing user access
Support the implementation of measurement strategies that align with BMC and business objectives and carry out in-campaign and post-campaign analyses, providing insights and recommendations on how to optimize and improve effectiveness
Manage audience data directly within Marketo and CRM to ensure legal compliance and data governance, as well as preparing the data for audience targeting and associated data segmentation for campaign execution.
Support data management and martech integration with other critical internal systems (together with other system owners)
Skills and attributes for success:
1+ years of direct, hands-on experience executing B2B demand generation marketing programs on marketing automation (MA) platform
Possess or in the process of obtaining Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) certification or Marketo Certified Solutions Architect (MCSA) would be an added value
Outstanding written and oral communications in English and German
Relevant experience in digital analytics and reporting using different tools, building dashboards to report campaign results
Understanding of web analytics, social media, online events, marketing automation, CMS and CRM software
Fluency in use of basic Microsoft applications
Experience working in cross-function/cultural environments and cross-border teams, and the ability to adjust quickly to changes in stakeholder requirements and global governance
Proactive and problem-solving approach
Passionate about new technologies in the digital marketing domain
