Global SCORE Manager

The SCORE (Standard Communication Organization and Retrieval)process is an internal process in EY, which is a global review of externally-facing content, done prior of the official content release. The main purpose of the SCORE process is mitigation of legal and reputational risks. We have the pleasure to announce the Global SCORE Manager role in EY GDS Poland office.

The opportunity

We are looking for a professional services expert, who will be responsible for promotingconsistency, accuracy, and quality in our external communications and marketing materials, and function as a risk manager who protects and enhances our brand in the marketplace. As a Global Manager you will also beoverseeing the administration of content reviews and serve as a point of contact to senior stakeholders & groups within the organization. As this is a newly opened role in our location, you will have an important mark on how this role would be positioned and developed, both on a local and global scale.

Your key responsibilities

Your main mission would be to keep the SCORE system running as efficiently and smoothly as possible. The key responsibility would be project management of new and ongoing initiatives to improve the SCORE process in a number of categories that include experience, efficiency, effectiveness and economy.

  • You will coordinate collection and reporting of key metrics, observe trends and poses strategies to address them.

  • Another part of your daily work would be to analyze capacity and raise any service quality challenges it may pose to the relevant reviewer groups.

  • Coordinating and managing administrative resources within the Global Delivery Services team would be another crucial task.

  • You will serve as an ambassador to other compliance review systems at the regional or member firm level, enabling and encouraging best practices.

  • This role will enable you to serve as a subject matter resource to educate colleagues on the SCORE process and basic questions about review criteria, escalating to the appropriate subject matter resource as necessary.

  • We will expect you to build relationships with the various reviewer teams or networks (Brand, Legal, Service Line Quality, Marketing and Leadership), establish regular point of contact and serve as the main connection point across review teams.

  • Responsible for determining and executing the strategic direction of the SCORE process.

Skills and attributes for success

  • You should have experience of working with corporate or professional services organizations and managing high-profile programs

  • Prior people leadership experience is necessary for this role

  • To be successful in this role, you should maintain a flexible work schedule for a global role (availability to be on calls that align to other timezones as necessary)

  • We expect you to have robust technical skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, SharePoint)

  • A good candidate should have a developed business acumen, an understanding of various organizational risks and deal effectively with the political aspects of change;

  • You should be proficient in English

You are able to work in a complex and dynamic environment and have a great cultural awareness and sensitivity. You are competent to manage several activities/projects concurrently; excellent time management and organizational skills would be the main success factors in this role.
