At the moment we are searchingfor a candidate for temporary hiring, interim contract.

HR Business Partner –Talent Consultant (interim contract)

In your role you will:

  • Act as HR Business Partner forthe assigned service functions, serve as the first point of contact forthem

  • Manage the internal clientrelationships to understand business goals, anticipate talent needs andtranslate them into valuable outcomes

  • Ensure a strong positive clientand employee experience in the assigned areas, build sense of belonging

  • Help with talent engagement,performance management, organizational design, staffing, learning &development, rewards & recognition, implement key HR programs andinitiatives

  • Identify and escalate HRconcerns and risks, resolve requests, concerns and inquiries

Requirements:

  • HR Business Partner experience gained in an international, multicultural environment

  • Good knowledge of labour law and HR best practices

  • Positive, can-do attitude, with agile approach to work

  • Ability to engage and negotiate with stakeholders and business leaders, openness to work in matrix organization

  • Excellent organization, analytical and problem solving skills

  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills – able to handle conflict situations and resolve issues

  • Culturally sensitive, capable of handling interactions with a “global mindset”

  • Excellent spoken and written English
